Series
A series of 11 paintings (11/11) exploring the concept of reality. As man often lives in different realities on a daily basis. Experiencing life through different planes of physical, spiritual, emotional and mental realities.
The surface plane acts as a scripture board with marks, carvings and the use of Sgrafitto combined with subtle shifts of colour that are developed through multiple variations of paint application.
M.Y.T.H series aims to display a strong sense of unity, harmony ,and coherence within the artworks on both; the intuitive construction as well as the overall design and how it is represented in its truest form with the initial imagery concept. The concept is to produce a body of work that is deep and accessible in nature, with movement as the underlying theme for this series.
